"Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

We only stayed two nights but easily could have stayed much longer. We walked to shops and restaurants and still enjoyed some ‘down time’ in the suite. "It was a quick stop and go, we quite literally checked in at 1:30 am and left again before 8:00 am, we did not need much but the description and ratings were not super accurate. It is very run down, the beds felt like we were sleeping on a hard floor and I am pretty sure we were not sleeping on fresh bedding. There were random cleaning supplies strewn throughout the hallways and after driving in dense fog for the previous 5.5 hours the person checking us in was very clearly annoyed that we were there."
