Nice vernacular architecture in that neighborhood!My only concern was the claw-foot tub, which was not friendly for me as a shower. The bathroom is spacious but with an average sized sink area and the tub/shower was a little tricky to get in and out of, but we’re a nimble family and didn’t have much issue. Parking on the street and in the driveway was ample. We walked from the apartment to downtown several times to enjoy the sights, shops and restaurants, only about 10 minutes to the downtown center, which alleviated any parking hassles on a busy weekend.
