One of three nautical themed apartments in this building, it is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk). A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the Speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away! The Geneva Suite in on the ground-level and features one bedroom (king bed) and two daybeds (each with a pull-out trundle) in the living room to accommodate a total of six guests. \*On-site parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available.
