The hotel did not clean my room the whole 5 days I was there. Even when I asked for it to be cleaned and was told it would be cleaned they still forgot. The fridge also stopped working ruining a $50 meal.

This is hotel right next to a university. You would think this would be more important than pointing out the weight limitation for a pet is 40lbs.
