"First time at a Tru. The lobby is very open and inviting. I think it is designed for people to hang out there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is fairly basic with a bed, bathroom and TV. Everything was new and very clean. The hotel and room had a very pleasant, clean smell. "
