Recessed within a cove, you will find this stunning, newly renovated Lake Oconee waterfront get-away on a private 1.4 acre gated lot. With over 4800 square feet of luxurious accommodations to comfortably sleep 16 across 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths, you'll be able to enjoy a fun, relaxing time at the lake with all of your family and friends. From the stunning sunset views, lake-side fire pit, expansive deck, private dock, and hot tub - it will be a vacation you'll always cherish.  
  
Pontoon boat for rent for an additional fee.  
  
Affectionately known in our family as Relaxation Station and located on 1.4 acres of private, gated acres on Lake Oconee, our updated home welcomes you with amazing lakefront access and views. With over 4800 square feet of luxurious accommodations, you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing time at the lake with all of your family and friends. The split wing layout of the bedrooms is perfect to bring everyone together during the day, but still allow everyone to have their own space at night.  
  
This newly renovated home comfortably sleeps up to 16 people and features 5 full baths. The main floor features a stunning chef’s kitchen with a stunning gas range, open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, and a dining room that opens out onto the expansive deck that overlooks the lake, with an additional screened-in outdoor dining area. The luxurious primary retreat is situated on the main level and features a gas fireplace, soaking tub, and standing shower. On the opposite side of the main floor, you’ll find 3 more spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths.  
  
Head downstairs, to the entertainment floor equipped with a second living room and 85” LED TV, billiards room, board game area, and a kitchenette - an entire floor that’s sure to be heaven for kids or adults of any age. Open the French doors out to the lower level porch and you’ll find a gas grill, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the lake, and a hot tub that’s perfect to unwind in at the end of a long day. You’ll also find 3 additional bedrooms, and two full baths on the lower level.  
  
Now it’s time to head outside - the gently sloped backyard leads to the private dock with expansive unobstructed lake frontage. Nestled within the backyard, you’ll also find our favorite feature of the house - a lake-front fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs, that is sure to be loved by all any time of the year. Two kayaks and two SUPs are a great way to enjoy some time on the lake.  
  
And, when you eventually need to stock up on all the essentials, or want to head out on the town - Publix and other stores/boutiques at The Village at Lake Oconee are all just a short 20 minute drive away. With the Ritz Carlton, golfing and numerous restaurants around this truly is the perfect getaway spot!

Amazing Lake Oconee Getaway!We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful Lake Oconee property! It was the perfect spot for our family and friends to relax, reconnect, and make wonderful memories. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The lake view was stunning, and we spent hours enjoying the water — boating, kayaking, and relaxing on the dock. Evenings were our favorite: grilling outside, watching the sunset, and playing games together. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our host was outstanding — responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The property was as described in the listing! We travel quite a bit and found the home to be well-stocked with the little things that make your stay more comfortable. The house is big enough for 3 generations to stay and not feel like you're on top of one another! The dock and lake are fabulous but get very busy with boat traffic in front of the house on the weekend. So peaceful during the week! The host is very responsive. House is about 20 -25 minutes from most restaurants and shops. We found a great local food place to get steaks and more called The Meat Locker- highly recommend stopping there- its about 20 min away. The house was very well-kept. Excellent and highly recommended. So many water toys and floats to use, which was really nice!

Great to have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. My daughter and her friends were able to all sleep and hang out in the lower level. Plenty of seating inside and outside for meals. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Having use of the pontoon and paddle boards was a plus. Great location on the lake. Would definitely rent again.

House was very clean and appears to have been recently remodeled. Great view of the lake. New appliances. One of the Air Conditioners was out when we arrived, I called and they had it fixed within 4 hours. The house has 5 bathrooms, unfortunate, four of them are hall baths and made some of the guest uncomfortable. One bedroom, you had to go down stairs to use the bathroom. Could use another refrigerator for 13 people, and an ice maker.

The home was warm and inviting, with spectacular view of the lake. Our family of 14 (six children 8-12) had a fantastic time. Everything we needed was there or easily available. Kate (property manager) was extremely helpful and it was obvious that she is well experienced with the resources available in the area. We look forward to doing this again in the future.

This rental will not disappoint. They are great to work with and very responsive to any questions you many have. The house has a ton of bedrooms and space, but the outside is where it is at. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils for our in-family chefs to cook well for our party of 12 hungry people. Our week was very restful. We particularly enjoyed the pontoon boat to see Lake Oconee.

#### 11 stayed and were comfortable and played and ate well!

Six cousins, three parents, and two grandparents. We’re all comfortable. We got tons of quality togetherness time in small and large group settings around the house and property. Meals were fun and easy to prepare in the well stocked kitchen. The tables (inside and out) as well as kitchen island made for fun times at meals and game play. Everyone had a great room. There was no loss of quality in downstairs rooms to upstairs. Great holiday on the lake. We hope to return.

#### Beautiful home for a great getaway!

This house has it all- and then some! The interior is gorgeous, such an amazing renovation. And there is so much to do- from the ping pong/pool table, games, and hot tub to the fire pit outside. Oh and of course the lake with the kayaks and paddle board. Such a great getaway for our family! We hope to come back!

#### An Oasis!

This property was truly amazing and in line with the online pictures. Everything was great and we had an amazing time. Having a housekeeper was an added bonus. We utilized the Chef, Ms. Claudine, an she was amazing all around and thoughtful. The food was delicious. She also went above and beyond. I had a tickle in my throat and she immediately offered to make me some tea because of it. And I absolutely cannot forget our driver, Fabian. He was the best and took care of our young adults (24-26 years of age) as if they were his own and made sure that they were safe, etc. These are the things that set you apart from the rest. We would definitely stay here again if in Jamaica again.

#### Beautiful Labor Day weekend getaway

We are two corporate executive families that stayed here with our children (4x). The home was beautiful, something out of a magazine with tasteful finishes and very new. No one has lived there since it was built it looks. The property is very private with a long gated driveway and opens up in the back to the lake behind with a western view (beautiful sunsets). Everything is new. Kate and Wade were excellent and responsive to questions and they have a pontoon docked ready to go if needed (for additional rate). Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a peaceful place to vacation away too that is near golf courses and perfect lake access. Also if you like to fish, bring fishing gear (missed out on this seeing all the fish jumping out of the water). 5 star!

#### Long Weekend Getaway

Just as advertised. Great expansive lot with beautiful views and privacy. The home was nicely updated with fully stocked kitchen, great dock, plenty of water toys, and many outdoor seating options. We would definitely book again! Thank you, Kate!

#### The perfect family summer house on Lake Oconee

Absolutely loved this home. Too much to list, but some of the best parts were the location/view/lake access. Had everythign we needed to experience the lake life. The kitchen was incredible with very high end cooking equipment and gear, was great for many family meals. Tons of space, very clean, well apointed with everything you need. The host was excellent, great communication. They had so many little things already in the house when we arrived, like basics in the fridge, pantry. Great games and fun things for the kids. Couldn't have asked for better - I highly recommend this place! Great on all counts!
