"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Reno! My husband was there for a two-week college class. This house was perfect for his needs. It was a quick, easy drive to campus every day. When my son and I went out to visit, we were also able to zip around to all the places we wanted. It was always VERY quiet, clean, and safe. The house was appointed with everything we needed for a cozy home away from home. Patrick was very responsive before and during our trip, usually answering within the hour if we had any questions. He was always above and beyond helpful."

"Nice 3 br 2 ba home. Accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped, with updated appliances. House was cleaned before we arrived, bedrooms were a nice size, beds were very comfortable. Located only 8 minutes from UNR which was perfect. We were only there for 2 days but wish we had more time there but this was a short trip. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. Will like to rent again. Check in and check out instructions were fairly easy."

"Home is great for large family functions. Kitchen was also perfect for cooking family meals. Back yard has a carpet of fake green grass which was wonderful for the grandbabies to run and play. There are no TVs in the other bedrooms except for the master. And they need to put in blankets for each bedroom as there are none in the closets or on the beds. The pool table and the video games in the great room was a great way to keep the kids busy.Seperate living room was large and nice for the adults to relax and chat. Could also use a foldaway babies bed for the smaller humans."

"This townhouse met our needs for a clean, comfortable place to stay near our grandkids. It was easy to find, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe and the location was very convenient to major streets/highways. The house was as depicted in the posting and our host communicated quickly and helpfully. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we visit the grandkids."

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. The children loved the game room, the basketball court and the big tub in the master bath. Unfortunately the hot tub was not usable on our stay. Regardless, the property was amazing, the kitchen was very useful and the many spaces throughout the house for conversations and play were perfect for our stay"
