This was my third year staying at America’s Best Value Inn, and it continues to exceed expectations. Located just a short drive from Reno, it offers a perfectly quiet atmosphere at a very reasonable price. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive; they keep the common areas spotless and ensure the breakfast is always well-stocked with plenty of options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. For the value, you can’t beat this combination of hospitality and peace. I’ve already told the staff I’ll see them again next year!

Very courteous staff. Clean room. We forgot a Kindle in the room; luckily they had cleaned the room shortly after we checked out. They called us immediately and we were able to backtrack to pick it up. Very much appreciated!

After a very stressful situation caused by a severe snowstorm and highway closure, this hotel truly saved us. We were traveling with our children, arrived late and exhausted, and were able to find a room quickly. The staff was kind, efficient, and very welcoming, which made an enormous difference after such a difficult day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet, exactly what our family needed. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism and kindness we received here. This hotel provided comfort, safety, and peace of mind when we needed it the most. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was pretty spacious. Everything worked. The only complaints was that the room had this stench.. like the smell that seemed to be everywhere else in the building. This.. old..asbestos like smell. But we took a trip to the local target to buy these Glad air freshener plug ins that masked the smell good enough to make us forget that there was a smell in the room to begin with. The pillows were pretty uncomfortable so we went to buy some of our own. Those were my only complaints about this establishment. The staff was pretty friendly especially the one that was working over the weekend she was great!
