« This little bungalow is clean, quiet and very comfortable. We happened to be there during the most amazing lightning storm which was great to view from the wide deck. The air conditioning was such a great amenity after having a lot of sun exposure. The property was a little off the beaten path, so I might not recommend staying here if you need to constantly do activities in downtown grass valley, yuba river, nevada city and need to go home frequently for naps, work, or outfit changes. « Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location ! »
