"Clean room"

"Easy to get to and staff were nice, but very run-down and grimey feeling. The room was cold feeling with no carpet and an awkward layout along with gross stains on the bed skirt and bathroom area. Our room Did not look like the pictures"

"I always stay here when I’m in town, the staff here is absolutely amazing, kind helpful and always so warm and helpful! Special notice to the young girl at the Che n in Alejandra who is so attentive and friendly! The waiters at the restaurant/bar are also great! Highly recommend this Marriott when you’re in Westchester! "

"Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. My husband wanted to ask for another room, however I didn't want to go through the hassle considering we were only staying 2 nights and planned to be out most of the day. Very disappointed. I gave it a 3 stars because the hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly "
