Shiroi Vacation Packages

We had a great stay as a family of five visiting from London. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a handy kitchenette and dining area that made family travel much easier. The location was excellent, with plenty of convenience stores nearby for quick dinners, and it was easy to explore both Ueno and the rest of Tokyo. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We would happily stay here again!

The staffs at reception are great. Very good customer service and always helpful whenever you have questions. Room is mostly clean. We did have little critter visit our room probably from house keeping when the door was opened. Great location as it is walking distance to many restaurants and Akihabara district. Less than 20 minutes walk to Ueno Skyliner station.

This is a great location and they had a great staff.

Amazing hotel, what a find. Brand-new, extremely well decorated with warm and welcoming wooden materials and colours, perfectly functioning brand-new audio system with qualities speakers, the fully functional kitchen with brand utilities, state of the art bathroom, new late-gen washing machine with built-in dryer, and new, powerful, and easy to adjust air-conditioning in all rooms. The staff was friendly, professional, helpful, and native English speakers, perfectly able and willing to guide and help. The location is also nice, in Ginza close to train stations and still quiet with a very genuine local feeling to it.

Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere.
