"Back door open, Place dirty, moldy pot on the stove. Men's shoes left there and rubbish bins full. Money was taken from my credit card on booking. No answer from host when reported on arrival. Reported to Stayz for full refund as had to book 2 rooms at a motel instead."

When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. "We had a lovely stay at Zankersfarm. We got to see chickens, pigs, cows, pick garlic flowers, and learn a little bit about sustainable farming from our amazing host Tracy. She’s so passionate about what she does and we’ve had a lovely time chatting with her. We also got to meet a Jack Russel named Jack who tried sneaking into the tiny house a couple of times. "Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."
