Parking was easy and secure at night. Check in was very straight forwards and Lily was Extreamly helpful. We also left a phone charger and received an email to advise that if still in town (which we were, we could collect or the would post for us. Location was also excellent

The hotel is being renovated - our room seemed to have new kitchen and bathroom fit-out and very nice! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice convenient location to the shops and walking tracks in the nearby bushland reserve.
