"The pictures were better than it was. The driveway could barely be seen from the street because of grown weeds 3' tall, and missing #'s.The yard had tall weeds everywhere too with bits of trash. The floors were uneven, the furniture not comfortable. You weren't supposed to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to septic system. The king size bed had board slats you could feel. The couch had a very short back and was not comfortable. Everything was new looking and nicely done but cleaning...

"We needed a home base while visiting adult children in the PNW. The location is very accessible to highways. The beauty of this place is hard to describe. The lake and terraces leading away from this classic apartment building are stunning. Wonderful small touches made us feel welcomed. Nice shampoos and towels. A new sponge for doing dishes. "This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time."

"Sweet little house and a smooth process of renting. Great automated communication through Vacasa. House has a happy atmosphere & is well maintained inside and out. Not a ton of cooking supplies so be sure to bring your own if you are making big meals at the house. We were so thankful to have a beautiful and relaxing vacation on the water.
