"This is our second trip to PCB, as a "second chance" since the last one left us some bad taste at a different property. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back."

"We stayed at the hotel for a week with 4 kids. It was great! The location is perfect, the staff were great. The rooms and everywhere else were clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was perfect for a free breakfast! The only thing that was a bit disappointing: no every day room cleaning, they would only take out the trash bags. We had to ask for towels a couple times, and asked to change the sheets, which they didn’t do. We had to ask again. It didn’t affect our stay there much, but it would be nice to come back to the room in the end of the day and have fresh towels, and clean sheets.we would still absolutely stay there again, and actually are already thinking about it."

"This property was great for a budget price. It’s an old building, so not perfect, but it was still nice. Our balcony was wonderful and the beds are amazingly comfortable! The staff was friendly. The convenience was awesome. You can walk right to the beach! The only issues we had were that the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. That wasn’t awesome. Also, our lighting in the room did not work, so we had to do without enough lights. Otherwise, I’d stay here again."

"Service was weak because of Staff shortages!! Also some employees, like at the Lazy River Pool, were on their phone FaceTiming or streaming. When you ask questions from many employees they don’t know the answer or who would know. Facility maintenance repairs and up keep need many repairs. Two of the elevators broke down and there were only four before break down. They provide parking accessible through underground tunnel. When staff available, they take you to car park by golf cart. That’s nice but forget about golf taking by cart back. There is zero method for getting golf cart pickup from parking lot. You have to walk through tunnel or cross a busy four lane road with zero crossing station. Amenities and location to beach was Wonderful."
