There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back. ##### Charles N.
