"This tiny house was great for our 4 night stay in Franklin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We enjoyed having our dinner on the deck watching birds in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. I’m not sure I understand why the cleaning fee was 100 when we had to strip the beds, put dirty towels in the shower and dispose of our own trash. We left just before 8:00am on Sunday and the dumpster area recommended was closed. We are having to drive back to FL with our trash in the car. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful cabin on the river. Very welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Cabin is clean, spacious, cozy. Comfortable beds. Great views of the river. Screened windows can open to let in fresh air. Blinds and black out curtains work well if you like to sleep in."
