« My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this location. It's a basement unit with lots of charm, located near shops, restaurants, and the National Cathedral. Our host Folake was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place. »

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The stay in the apartment was overall very enjoyable, the location within DC is excellent. It should be noted, however, that there is quite some constant noise and sometimes even vibrations coming from the fans on the roof right above...

« This was such an amazing stay and Adam is a phenomenal, gracious, and attentive host. We have stayed in hundreds of vacation rentals across the country prior to this, but this was by far the smoothest, most relaxing experience we have EVER had.
