Hotel was modern, clean, nice size room and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was well worth the extra cost even thought there are plenty of food vendors just steps outside of the hotel. It is central and walkable to most tourist hotspots and a travel agency is onsite if needing 1 and multi days tour within and outside of the city limit.

if you're looking to get the whole Chongqing experience, do not stay here! The location of this hotel is terrible and it's very far away from all tourist spots. Typically it take us 20 to 30 minutes to call a car from where we are back to the hotel at night. Another thing is I feel like the hotel staff is incredibly unprofessional. They do not wear uniforms and do not greet you at all. Also, the rooms are not soundproof. One night at 2am we literally got woken up by people next-door yelling because the rooms were not soundproof. I would say that the only good thing about the hotel is that it's clean and there's a self service laundry on the eighth floor. But other than that, the location is not great and you can get a hotel for the same price but near jiefangbei.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful view

Absolutely exceeded all my expectations from check in to check out. All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and made this stay even better. Service was top notch. Cici at the front desk was so helpful, patient, and lovely. She offered suggestions that made our stay so nice and also was there for our departure. The facilities were beautiful. The lobby just breath taking, views from our rooms were spectacular and the layout and space for each room were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and so delicious at botanica. All the restaurants were so beautiful and had amazing food. The club lounge access was such a nice perk. Tea time, cocktail hour were solid. Both times had lots of food where you could have a full meal. The pool sauna steam room also so clean and beautiful and quiet. The hot tub was so nice after long days of walking. There is so much to explore and see just at the hotel vicinity. Nice mall under hotel that made it easy to eat as well and just a 15 min didi ride from the city center. 2 river cruise tour is next door and easy to access. We booked same day no problem. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in all my years of travel. Staff and service are amazing. Building maintenance stop notch. So Clean and architecturally beautiful. Amenities wonderful. Will stay here again. Cannot thank Cici enough for her warm welcome. We felt very welcomed at the intercontinental raffles city.
