First and foremost I would like to thank Lucy and her team for an excellent stay! We faced some challenges, however Lucy went out of her way to ensure all was up to par and truly made it seamless! The resort was absolutely stunning! The staff made it feel like home and Lucu was the cherry on top! Due to her, our trip was incredible and I cannot thank her and the team enough! Highly recommend the place!

The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The buffet had plenty of choices and the staff at the restaurant was very attentive to our needs. The pools are well maintained although the closing time for the pools seems to be a bit early, I believe they close the pools at 6 pm. This would be the only soft complain about our stay. We have been there in the past and they seem to keep up the good work and customer service.

"they seem to need to upgrade their utilities, wifi was hard to keep connected to, no water on one day, no hot water in the mornings, but was corrected by end of our stay, electric seemed it reset on a daily base short span for about a minute at night but the last night went out for 2 hours. the beach ..."
