(152 reviews) We stayed in the Residences 2Bd it was amazing. The pool didn't heat up, but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was 1-star, too many flies, they had nets, but people were not covering the food back up. They need to set up fans and place them over the food to prevent the flies. The acrobat show was great. The beach was good, we had someone walk us across the lowtide (I had 3 small kids for $15). We visited the main pool, and the kids enjoyed it. The lunch bar sold great food. We ate lunch off the resort daily, best food was at the Salty Squid. We attempted to eat at Nomad but they wanted us to pay an entrance at the gate (I didn't like it). Room service: The laundry service was good. Room Service was quick and hot. It's a limited menu, pizza was not good. We moved to building 400, after 4 days for one night, no complaints.
