Our stay was very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was supportive. Room service, housekeeping and breakfast was included. Stay also has laundry services if one wants it. Overall our stay was nice

A very satisfying stay overall. The location, cleanliness, rooms, and service were excellent and truly relaxing. However, à la carte food is extremely expensive and not worth it. The lunch + breakfast package is the best option and value for money.

Great hotel. A real gem hidden in the Kolkata city. We were really happy with the hotel staff, services and the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with excellent choices. The rooms were very well maintained and great room service.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kolkata for holiday.

Terribly bad property. Not as shown in the image .. cockroaches everywhere in the room … very dirty bedsheet, unusable bathroom … no water pressure in the bathroom. I do not recommend this property at all.

Even after booking through Expedia, the property refuses to allot any rooms as they haven’t got any confirmation or the payment from Expedia on the booking. So we hv to look for another hotel and get through a lot of mental harassment
