Sometimes cigarettes smell and uncomfortable mattress. Manager phone called my room 12 at night and asked me to pay for what I’ve already paid.. then apologised. However, the room wasn't ready when I reach at 11pm. The room I gotten wasn't clean, the floor and table were dirty. Worse of all, there are bed bugs.
