"The cottage was perfect for our trip to enjoy the finger lakes region because it was centrally located. Roxanne is a terrific host, easily accessible to answer questions about the area. "We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Inside was very clean and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the stay, also. Our only issue was the amount of overgrowth on the steps and boat house down to the water. It made the stairs down dangerous and very tight. There was a great deal of poison growing in the brush too. It was disappointing because the posted pics made the area and the view from hot tub so open but was not the case. We still had a good stay but the stress of the growth and descent was there."

"Great location on the lake. Ideal location close to wineries and mid way between Geneva and Watkins Glen. We stayed for a week in May and were able to see many parks and wineries along 4 different lakes. Beautiful lake view from the kitchen, nice deck for relaxing in the evening. Owner is very responsive to questions, etc. and is nearby in case anything is needed. Nice quiet location for families and couples."
