Valerie and Jason are the consummate hosts! They were always willing to answer questions and were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious (especially Jason’s tortilla). The accommodation was clean and spacious with high end finishes in the bathroom. Located close to the heart of Canadaigua, the building is located close to many excellent restaurants. I highly recommend the Canadaigua Guesthouse.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful modern design. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. We loved all the little extras, especially the complimentary snacks and the bath bombs. They made the stay feel so welcoming and luxurious.

The staff was accommodating even for late check-in & able to organize water cattle & barbeque on request. Overall we had the best sunset while staying in cottage 18.

Room had a beautiful view from the balcony. We were able to park right outside the room. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, with a good sized bathroom. No breakfast at the hotel, but there were a few good options a 10-minute drive away in Penn Yan.

A friendly place. We left Rhode island afternoon and tried to stay with my daughter a new fresh student longer, and end up arrived hotel late, almost 11:00 pm and forgot to notify the hotel. Everything went well. We will come back next time

My husband and I had a wonderful time there. We had a room with a whirlpool bath, which is very pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The property is very well maintained and very pretty. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the different parts of the house that we passed through. The breakfast was delicious and served with great kindness. I thank the owners for the quality of the stay we spent and highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great place to stay when visiting the area. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming and friendly.

The property is beautiful, with both outdoor and indoor seating areas. Corey (owner) and Katie are wonderful hostesses. The room we had is small but comfortable and well equipped. It's an old place with sloping floors and low ceilings, but updated with a great combination of old and new. The only suggestion I would have is that if you have mobility issues, go for one of the ground floor rooms. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at the Burdett House. Not only are Ashley and Dave fantastic hosts they sure know how to make a phenomenal breakfast. Their home is super clean, meticulously maintained and provides a super cozy vintage feel. The location is walking distance to some of the wineries and a quick drive into town/near hiking trails. Thank you again for the awesome visit. We hope to be back!

Warm welcome upon arrival. Room was ready and very clean, including a large and well stocked bathroom. The host was great and we enjoyed the breakfast.

We had a lovely view over the vineyard and Lake Seneca, very peaceful and serene. The hotel and rooms are a little dated but everything was very clean and the location more than makes up for it.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Loved having the 24 hour hot coffee machine. Staff was helpful. No complaints.

Beautiful location near the lake and next door to a State Park, we enjoyed the hikes! Food was delicious and grounds were beautiful.
