Situated in Grímsnes, close to the “Golden circle” route, and perfectly placed for day-tours to the popular tourist attractions of South Iceland. The house is on one level of 200 m2, four large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room. The kitchen/dining/living room is an open-plan with astounding views over two waterways coming together at the edge of the property. Bed 1: King size bed (180x200cm) with en suite bathroom. Bed 2: Double bed (160x200cm) with en suite bathroom. Bed 3: King size bed (180x200cm, can also be a twin bed) with en suite bathroom. Bed 4 in a private guesthouse, connected to the main house with a glass link: Double bed (160x200cm) with en suite bathroom. Bakkar has free wi-fi for guests and the living room has a 75“ SmartTV and a Sonos speaker system. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The villa is heated with underfloor heating and has a ventilation system. All the house is for guests only. Outside the villa, facing the larges freshwater river in Iceland, there is a great wooden deck with a roofed terrace, barbecue area, seating, hot tub and an outdoor shower.
