"Nadine was an amazing host!! She was quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. The house was beautiful, in excellent condition and extremely clean when we arrived. It has a lot of great space for large families to hang out in, without being on top of each other. The kids loved the bikes in the garage and rode around the beautiful and safe community every day. "

"We stayed with three families with kids ranging from 6-16. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. We really appreciated all of the bikes and beach gear. Host was very responsive, even coming over once to turn on water to the outside spigot so we could avoid tracking sand inside. Overall it was a great stay. Not anything to do with the house, but if we stayed again, we’d probably skip the amenities pass, or go with 3 days instead of 7. They were pricey and we definitely didn’t use them enough. But that’s just because going to the beach was our group’s preference!"

It is very near restaurants and other conveniences of Rt. 54 going into Fenwick Island while offering a very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood at the tip of small pennisula "

"Great property for families. The paddle boards were a big hit. We also caught 14 legal sized crabs that we steamed on the last day. There's a Food Lion only a couple of miles away. The ocean was a short drive and we always found free parking. For a unique dining experience we went to a restaurant called Our Harvest. If you go all the way to the back of the development you get a really good view of the sunsets."

"A beautiful place, just as advertised! Clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Spacious community pool. Screened-in outdoor patio room.We loved the location as it's only a short drive to Fenwick Island State Park, Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach. Only a mile away to two supermarkets. The location gave us many options on how to spend our time. After fun days at the beach, our family enjoyed playing billiards in the garage game room. Highly recommended!"

"Avoid VRBO, Vacasa, and this property owner at all costs. All of my issues were unaddressed and ignored AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS & CALLS - COMPLETE SCAM! There are so many problems with this property that there is not enough room to put them in this review - cameras with audio are INSIDE AND OUTSIDE this property and YOU ARE WATCHED by the owner; 1/3 of this property is blocked off, including use of the garage, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS "ENTIRE HOUSE"; couldn't get access to the boat ramp for 3 DAYS; couldn't use the elevator for 5 DAYS; you will wait for repair people during YOUR ENTIRE STAY; never had access to kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs, etc.; outside furniture is old, dry rot and unusable; their "modern appliances" are over 23 years old and the refrigerator is sketchy; the house is filthy; the kitchen floor is so heavily warped, uneven, spongy, and wavy from inside water damage that it is literally a trip hazard; former tenant clothing left behind and soiled linens on the closet floor; the owner will SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED to use his boat and ramp; NO CURTAINS in any bedroom so be ready to be up at dawn. YOU WILL GET NOWHERE with VRBO, Delaware Vacasa or their employees Brittaney Hastings, Kendall D., Zach H., or Daniel H., who were all emailed and/or called. Disgraceful! Shame on all of you!"
