We loved the location and the layout of the home as well as the waterfront and neighbors. The home was overall clean (all surfaces and kitchen and baths were disinfected). Area rugs throughout could use a deep cleaning as well a good dusting throughout. My only complaint is basic cable (no channels except local) when you come back to the home in the late evening it would be nice to watch something other than Judge Judy! ##### Laureen R. This location we chose this year was by far the best location yet. It was close to all the beaches, we were a 2 min drive to maryland . Ocean city board walk was close as well. The Swan Keys area is perfect for us, so close to the beach, then also the pool, bike rides, and playground right here for us. There was one small complaint about the tub/shower combo that was on the small side but there was a stand up shower so it all worked out. We really enjoyed the deck on the canal. We also enjoyed walking to the end of the road each evening to watch the sunset. Having the pool, playground and splash pad on the property was great. We don't like a lot of congestion that would have come with being in a condo on the beach so this property was what we needed. It was also centrally located to the places that we wanted to go (Asseteague Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, etc.). Window treatments have see through space so place pillow against them unless you dont mind neighbors maybe being able to see in. Far away from downtown OC.
