Being able to have our boat tied up in the backyard canal was exactly what we were looking for. Ralph's home was stored with amenities galore, most of which we didn't need but it was nice they were there, just in case. Since we spent our entire time boating in the Assawoman Bay we didn't use the community pool but it sure did look nice. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people. Very close to the Fenwick beach and Ocean City. Propery is next to a canal with a lovely deck to sit out on. Rental was very clean and the bed was comfortable (we only used one bedroom). We rode bikes, did some crabbing and fishing off the pier in back. Went to pool, it was very nice that the pool was so close. We especially enjoyed eatting our meals on deck out back. We communicated with the host directly and he was very good about responding in a timely manner. We did not have any issues. The listing was very accurate and the neighbors were polite and friendly.
