Our family was very comfortable and the listing was even more spacious than anticipated. Despite a rainy weekend, we had a great stay. "We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬"

"Both Afternoons while entering the Lobby we had complimentary Sangrias red and white mixtures. The Staff were helpful in restaurant choices and directions. The pool was clean and you could see the sunset since it is a rooftop swimming area! Parking was really convenient since the hotel is located two blocks from the boardwalk, we barely moved the vehicle until driving to Lewes that was only 5mins yes away to local bars !!"
