This is a brand new renovation with no expenses spared. Outstanding kitchen with Viking & Bosch appliances, stone countertops, and island for entertaining or feeding a troupe of kids. Amazing interior decorator work and finishes. Beautiful view of the ocean to take in while having a sundowner in the rocking chairs out on the balcony. Easy walk to the beach or in to town. Comes with one reserved parking spot. Perfect for a family with kids! Get it while it's hot!

Very nice condo but please read our concerns.
It’s a nice, newly renovated condo. But, after our stay, the host charged us 500.00 for supposed damages he said we caused to rugs near the coffee table and to the master bedspread. He shared the before/after videos of the condo the maid took, but the videos did not prove his claims. The before video didn’t clearly show the area where the rugs were supposedly soiled. And there weren’t images of the bedspread. The maid didn’t take any, but claimed she had to have it dry cleaned-we requested to see the cleaning receipts-they weren’t provided even though the host said he would. Not one source of liquid was spilled anywhere in the condo that week and every time, our grandchildren were changed on our own blanket. It was the maid’s word vs. ours with no way to dispute via VRBO. We are a very clean family-as we left, I thought the maid will be happy at how we left the condo. A single dish in the sink a little sand in the bathtub, which if anything should be of no consequence to a maid, unless the maid was hoping to get away without cleaning it. I think we did the next family a favor. Everything was in its place, counters wiped, dishwasher run/unloaded. We vacuumed at least 3 times that week. So, if you want to stay in a nice condo, this is very nice. But cover yourself and take a high-quality video of every single inch of the condo as you arrive and again before you leave. Send them both to the VRBO host to cover yourself (Don’t leave it to the maid or the host).

The unit was accurate is the pictures and descriptions. The parking spot was big enough for a full size crew cab pickup truck. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Well updated compared to other most other units in the community. The only thing I would recommend but was fine is a different door locking device. The touch screen on the door lock seemed to have a mind of its own and seemed to work differently each time. The unlock button does not light up so it was hard to describe to any other family going back to the room from the beach.

Exceptional accommodations. Simply the best place we have ever rented! Everything was perfect. The open living area easily accommodated our family and the spacious rooms and 2 1/2 baths were incredible! Close walk to beach, Bethany boardwalk. It doesn’t compare to some of the other condos we previously rented. New appliances, clean, bedding and towels provided. We hated to leave. We cannot wait to come back. Won’t stay anywhere else when we come to the beach!! Owners extremely responsive with a few questions we had. A So happy we found this gem!

Lovely Seaside Retreat
My family and I enjoyed our week at this beautifully renovated condo. Would highly recommend. Hosts went above and beyond to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing visit. In all my rental stays, this is the best condo we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return!

Spectacular unit!
We were the first renters since the unit was fully renovated and it is truly spectacular! Everything is brand new, high quality, and exquisitely decorated. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay there as comfortable and as fun as possible. Our three daughters loved the room with the bunkbeds! The owners were also very easy to communicate with and responsive when preparing for our trip. In addition to the beauty of the interior of the unit, its location at Sea Colony is really perfect. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. It's an easy walk to the beach and one of the outdoor pools. Even the parking space is convenient, right next to the elevator. We highly recommend it!
