The room was clean but it had a strong musty smell. The staff was nice, welcoming and all smiles. The ocean view was nice but the hotel sit pretty back so you can't really hear the ocean the water splashing. Parking is ample.

This hotel is older but well maintained. The staff handled all my concerns quickly and cheerfully. The contental breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice and muffins. Rooms were clean, well stocked and everything worked as it should. To note it is an older hotel and could use a refresh however for the price you can't ask for more

The location is ideal, just off the busy boardwalk, and right on the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. This hotel is especially great for families with kids, with multiple pools. Negatives: the drawers in our room hadn't been cleaned out, the place is dated, and the breakfast offerings were subpar. But there are so many good restaurants near-by, and all kinds of great activists just a short drive or bike ride away.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool is great & lots of lounge chairs & room to play. Right next to the beach, which is much quieter & calmer than hotels close to the boardwalk. Breakfast is nice. Parking is great, huge lots & can always find a spot. Water pressure in the bathrooms could be stronger & water could be hotter at times but overall great family friendly hotel, will be back

For a family on a budget, this hotel is the best. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy and location can't be beat. Property is safe and quiet and staff is attentive. Really appreciate the kitchenette. They need to invest in an additional waffle maker but otherwise, it's a great spot!

The inside pool was great. The room floor wasn't very clean. Couldn't let my 1 year old play on the floor. Tiny rubber bands and paper under the beds. I will not be renting from here again.
