"No hot tub or pool and that was specifically why I booked. When I asked if a longstanding Ballys member could get a jacuzzi upgrade I was basically laughed at and told i had to pay $250. The room temp wouldn’t get below 70 degrees and i was sweating. We checked out at 12:15am after only spending about 5hrs in the room. I’m from Dover and this was supposed to be a relaxing night. Instead I had a stressful evening. Again when I asks about a partial refund I was told basically you are S.O.L. Staff wasn’t rude but could have definitely saved the business and my future needs may have been met by your establishment."

"Our stay was very nice! Close to the beach! Clean rooms! Excellent staff! Can see the beach from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The only tiny tiny complaint was the room door kept making noise like someone was trying to come in and kept waking me up. Will 100% stay here again!"

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "

"It has it's own parking garage, very convenient since parking in downtown Rehoboth fills up fast. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach/boardwalk. Our car didn't leave the garage. The room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. This was our 2nd stay and would stay again. "
