"We have stayed at several places, but this one has been one of the best. It was a spacious, comfortable home with all the necessities provided (though the foam on the ironing board is lacking). It is within approximately 30 minutes of everything. It is quiet with a wonderful firepit to enjoy the evenings. The owners are excellent, and quick to answer any questions. The online welcome book is likely the best I have seen. Definitely recommend for larger parties looking to escape to the tranquility of north Georgia. "

"The tiny house was very nice. Only 2 issues. The property did not have supplies such as soap, TP, garbage bags and paper towels when we arrived but the property manager provided the supplies as soon as we asked. Also the hot water on the bathroom sink did not work."

"The house was very clean and stocked with necessary items. Heating worked very well while we were there. My only complaint was that it got a little warm in the loft area, but that is science and no fault of the host or reflection on the home. We would definitely stay here again!The host was very responsive and getting into the house was very easy."

"This was the perfect place for spring break. The cabin's setting offers a beautiful view of Lake Burton and it's a short drive to restaurants and shops in both Clayton and Clarkesville. We loved the hot tub and gas fireplace, which proved handy on chilly nights. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious, and the bathrooms are updated and clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest rental properties we've stayed in through the years. The staff was extremely helpful and communicated well. We highly recommend the Overlook at Lake Burton."
