We stayed 2 nights. On our first morning, we tried your breakfast. With over an hour remaining, I was surprised to see items gone. The most disturbing thing was NO napkins, not even paper towels. An employee told us they ran out days ago & we're waiting on a supplier. Why not go buy some cheap napkins? Kelsie at checkin was wonderful!

The parking wasn't very practical, there were 2 trucks with trailers taking up majority of the parking and the room from the door entrance was a long ways to walk being handicapped, walkway was very icy the next morning almost feel

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my liking and the water temperature in the shower did not stay hot for long. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel needs some TLC - bubbled wallpaper, carpet looks old and dated. Broken toilet paper holder in room. Would not rebook at this location. Everywhere we went there were signs about tipping. For what? Not a fan of being inundated w notes about tipping. I’d only consider tipping in a hotel for a longer stay w service going above and beyond. Not for what should automatically be provided at a hotel.

Gives Hampton Inn a Bad Name
We always book Hampton Inn thru Hotels.com. This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. It feels like an old decrepit motel with old, stained carpets, outdated everything that they just tried to reno with very few cosmetic changes. Our room was only one of 2 that could accommodate 5 people. They had a pull away bed that was so dirty, it actually made us feel uncomfortable to have one of our kids there. The hotel refused to refund our money bc we booked thru hotels.com and said they wanted to work with us, but they couldn’t fix anything about the extremely uncomfortable and dirty bed. The pull out couch was tiny for 2 people. The hot water didn’t work well. It came at times, but mostly it was a cold shower. And there was $17 per night parking that wasn’t advertised anywhere. All in all, it felt dirty and we couldn’t wait to leave.

Parking fees have become very common in all tourist destinations worldwide and Hilton branded properties are no exception. We do keep ours lower than the rest of the hotels in town for our guests convenience. Expedia also advertises them heavily throughout the booking process, as well as within your confirmation. All Hilton hotels that charge a parking fee advertise in the same way and ours is consistent with the brand standards. It does appear that we have responded to your other concerns directly. I was disappointed with something as simple and basic as room 107 lacking a toilet paper holder! What 1 star and hillbilly as having a roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet!!! We actually stayed here a few years ago and had a good experience, but this time yikes… where to even begin. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. This place already had me concerned when our first interaction with hotel concierge went as poorly as it did. They were rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and appeared rather unhygienic. All of the staff was pretty rude and unfriendly except for one younger woman who was really nice. The carpets all throughout the hotel were absolutely disgusting. The carpets were stained and from standing level you could smell how dank and dirty there are. The stains were almost enough to distract you from all of the rips in the carpet. The wallpaper was stained and ripped all over as well. The bathroom ceiling also had rips and what looked like mold all over the place. There were no vents so it was always very humid in there. The window and microwave in our room were also broken. The beds were super uncomfortable and the walls were VERY thin. There were a lot of partiers too. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us and barely got any sleep because it was so loud. The worst part is that my husband got super sick from the free breakfast. I didn’t eat any eggs but he did and has been having extreme diarrhea for two days and we couldn’t get a discount or anything from the hotel because we booked through Expedia. We spent over $500 for two nights and it was not even close to worth that price. We would have been better off in a motel

There were blood spots on the comforter duvet cover. Also I got several bites from bed bugs. But I couldn't find many. I only found one suspicious flea-like thing on my bed. After returning from the inn, I have been suffering because of the flea bites. Also the carpet was so dirty to step on with bare feet. In the restroom, the bathtub was not good. Water doesn't go down well, so I couldn't take a shower during my stay. I will not use this inn, because of the dirty condition. The location was good. I liked the breakfast.

I have looked into your reservation and the room in which you stayed, as we take any comments that could lead to a bed bug situation very seriously. I am happy to inform you that there was no trace of anything of the sort found in your room. It is an abnormally warm Fall this year and we still have mosquitos and no seeums out and about. Since the hotel as well as yourself found no trace of these pests as stated in your review, I am confident that you experienced mosquitos as the rest of us do in this nice weather when we spend time outside. As far as the items that you have mentioned in regards to the room, we do have plans for improvements in 2024. We do keep these items very clean, but we understand the need for updates as the visible wear and tear can create a negative perception for our guests. The hotel over booked and didn't contact me to tell me my room was no longer available. They did place me at another motel, but not having any notice of the change or details of the new room location calls for a significantly better system and better communication.

Bathtub was very discolored and dirty looking. Elevators were out of service, ice machine was broken. Large amount of Food crumbs in hallway outside our room when we checked in and 2 days later at check out they were still there. Extra fee for parking we weren’t aware of even though the lot is unsecured . We would not stay there again.

Bathtub should be replaced because it looks dirty/stained. There was a pile of what looked like crumbs on the hallway floor across from our room that we noticed after our first night and stayed there until after we left 2 days later. We exchanged towels because we never had anyone change them out the entire 3 nights we were there.

Overnight stay in Sedona in August
The black out blind was broken when we arrived. I informed the desk clerk and she had an employee up to our room in 10 minutes to fix it. We also had prompt service when we asked for extra towels. The elevator was out, and this made things a bit awkward for getting to our room, but we were given very good directions about where to park and enter for a second floor room. Sedona was hot, but AC worked great.

Dirty and AC units weren't working!
We got to the hotel and were told to park in an area where I only saw Diamond Member parking, which got confusing so I parked where I saw guest parking and we had to walk far to get to our room. When we got to our room, it was a little warm in there so we set the AC to 70 and left to walk around DT Sedona. After 4 hours in the heat of AZ, we got back to our room to it being 81° in there! We lowered the temp to 68° to see if anything would change. Went swimming with my mom and even that was unpleasant, there was a used bandaid by the pool, it looked dirty, and there were no towels to use, we had to go ask for some. After an hour, we went back to our room and it was now 82°! I went down to let the man at the desk know and he told us to set it to 70 and wait 15 mins to see if it would change. It did not, so he moved us to a different room, he was kind, no problems with him. The AC unit in the new room wasn't working at first until my sister and I somehow fixed it, fine. But there were no sheets for the pull out bed and no pillows, my mom had to drag the ones from the first room with her. The duvet on the bed had brown spots on it and the pillows had yellow spots on them. The shower even had red sploches on it which was gross. We also all got very bad allergy symptoms and sore throats after waking up in the morning from god knows what. Would not recommend unless you don't care about these things. Would be great if I could get my money back.

Not too happy.
Overall OK, few discrepancies on cleaning the room. The cleaning is only done every 4 days unless requested with a 24 hr advance notice and a surcharge of $17 daily to park vehicle in parking lot. Both these things did not sit well with me. Unfortunately I'd already reserved location and it was a bit late to change hotels. Breakfast food was not that good either. Don't select this hotel based on breakfast being provided.
