Amazing, peaceful property!
I stayed with my sister and mother for a girls outing! The home was beautiful and the setting was so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, and the property managers answered any questions we had promptly. We enjoyed our short stay, and highly recommend the home to other small groups. The only concern were the small steps into the kitchen, as my mom has some mobility issues (we knew about the outdoor stairs).

Great views and location
This house is located just west of uptown Sedona, where a lot of nightlife happens and get really congested with traffic and tourists so it makes it nice having a house just outside of that so you don’t have to deal with a lot of the traffic plus it was really easy access a private driveway on private road. People in the neighborhood seem pretty friendly And the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The view is in the house looks so incredible. Each porch offered a pretty unique view. Overall, the whole experience is pretty great. The only complaint that we would say we had about the house. The mattresses could probably use some updating. Everything else was great..the Hot tub work just as described and was really great to have after a long day of offloading and hiking. I would definitely staying at this location again if you’re considering it definitely stay here you’ll be glad you did!

We stayed here with another couple and it was a beautifully decorated home with great decks to sit on to enjoy the view. Three miles from downtown Sedona. Great restaurants and a close grocery store. The shower could use some attention, the shower head is low and leaks. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything promised and more
This place would be ideal for almost any group. Classy weekend getaway with friends? Super clean and sharp interior with a really nice dining table. Family of four (like mine)? Huge open living room for playing with any toys you might bring in front of a wall-sized window looking out into the trees/mountains, plus nice open kitchen to store and prep snacks. Romantic Weekend with Partner? Hot tub and private balcony in master bedroom. This is the CLEANEST short term rental I've ever stayed at. The kids (5 and 2) had a blast, as did my wife and I. Within 10 minutes of most places we wanted to go to, and within 20 of many hiking areas.

We were a group of 3 friends meeting up for Sedona fun. Through the entire weekend we were raving about the attention to small details and the amount of amenities available. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location and views were phenomenal. House was so cozy and beautiful. Would absolutely stay again!

Great views and privacy in good location
Great location. Close to everything but set back in neighborhood to give privacy and the feel of being away from the hustle and bustle. We rented with another adult couple and didn’t realize second bathroom did not have shower and did not provide great privacy. It worked out fine for us but something to be aware of.

Comfortable home and great location
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We felt tucked away, yet close enough to stores, restaurants, etc. My one suggestion would be to possibly put curtains/shades in the living room. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa (instead of sharing the bed with his brother), but he was too nervous about someone being able to look into the house. All in all, we would definitely book this property again. The hot tub and javelina hog friends out front made this trip especially memorable.

We really enjoyed the house. It is important to mention that there is only one shower in the house and the steps that you need to go up and down in the kitchen and family room area. We almost tripped many times. The rest of the house was exactly like the pictures. Loved the view.

One with nature
Custom home built to maximize the natural beauty of Sedona. Spacious and perfectly decorated with southwest charm and a little whimsy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without question. There were only two shortcomings were the lack of basic stocked items (such as towels, paper towels, washer tabs, coffee mugs) and the only shower head is at 5’6”. So if you’re taller than that you’ll be crouching a lot. Just minor stuff really. The hot tub was used more than the shower after great days of hiking!

Enjoyed the location of the home nestled among the locals, but near all the town conveniences. House was clean and comfortable. Only comment to be aware of is the step-down / step-up family room. Can easily miss the step and go flying!!!

Wonderful location in Sedona
The property was great and just as described! We loved our time there this past weekend and especially enjoyed the wildlife we saw each morning right outside the door (javelina family and a 12 point buck!). The location is incredibly central to everything from trails to shopping and restaurants.

We would stay here again. Good location & everything you need. Our weather was colder & snowier than anticipated so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space at that property. As a reminder, there are quite a few steps up to get into the property, if that is a factor for someone. ❤️❤️

Overall, we believe the property met our expectations, was enjoyable, well appointed, and up to date. There were three items of concern: 1) Water heater had been turned down and we did not have enough hot water until we figured out that all it needed was to be turned it up. Had to wait about an hour before we could take a shower after daughter took a bath. 2) without a satellite or streaming service, the TV options were limited and a bit disappointing, and 3) the step up into the living room is a safety hazard. The tile color on the floor does not highlight the step and one of us actually experienced a fall during our stay. We would suggest something be done to reduce the fall hazard associated with the step.

Great house surounded by nature and views
This house is a good location for a West Sedona holiday. Large kitchen, comfortable living area, bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite. There is a comfortable, pleasing decor. Deck areas available for sunny morning and afternoons, and lots of parking. There are a number of stairs to the house and a step or two inside the house. Not a problem for us, but be aware. We would be glad to stay at this house again.

Nice house for couple
Stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The house is a little smaller than anticipated but is perfect for a couple! Close enough to town, but far enough that you aren’t in the busy downtown area. The deck is amazing & the stars are beautiful at night.
