This cute and cozy townhome sits on a very quiet street and in a peaceful neighborhood while only minutes drive to downtown Seattle, West Seattle and Alki beach! Two suites on the lower & upper floors with own baths providing privacy, making this a perfect spot for two couples. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 670 sqft. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. In particular, the staircases to access the upper and lower floors are very steep (the one going downstairs is a narrow spiral, the one going upstairs is almost a ladder), which might make it unfriendly to young children and pets. Please exercise extra caution and hold handrails at all times. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. \*\*House Rules\*\* • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Our oldest used the hill and stairs out the front door for endurance training and we all were able to find our cozy spot to hang out in when we were home for the night.
