The Greenwood Getaway is a private apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. It's a modern space that has great views, a multitude of amenities, and proximity to Greenwood Ave. This unit is designed for function and comfort. Greenwood Getaway is half a block from Greenwood Ave which provides great coffee, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also located just a couple blocks away frombeautiful Greenlake and everything it has to offer! The space is equipped with a full kitchen which includes a full-sized range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Also included is a washer/dryer for those long trips.

Great Stay In Greenwood

We used the Greenwood Getaway as our base for a 10-day visit to Seattle. It's modern, comfortable, and in a great location. We were luck to have great weather for daily walks down the street to Green Lake. A nice selection of restaurants and a nice grocery store are steps away. We hope to be back for more extended stays.

We absolutely loved the apartment.. it had everything we needed.. especially having a washer dryer! What a bonus! The location was perfect for visiting family but also lots of fun shops and amazing places to eat within walking distance. Walking around greenwood lake is a perfect workout while just enjoying the neighborhood. We would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Straight out of a design magazine

This little place is laid out perfectly with top end appliances and design straight from a HGTV show! A very short walk to nice restaurants on Greenwood Ave or down to the community’s favorite lake with walking path and cute spots to eat!

The apartment was very nice but quite compact. The clothes washer/dryer was a single device and it was loud and took two hours/cycle. Parking on the street was easy and the location was excellent. The host was helful and friendly.
