Situated in the heart of Capitol Hill, this house is only minutes away from the most groovy place Broadway, where it features historical mansions, upscale restaurants, cafes, shops and multi-faceted nightlife. 5 mins walking to the CH Station and take light rail to explore the city. The Space: \- With a 98 walk score, plus a 1 car garage for a compact-mid size car \- 2 hours free parking on street, first come first serve, perfect for your drop off or pick up \-The 2-hour street parking limit ends at 6 PM, and you can easily find commercial garages within walking distance, such as Diamond Parking, which is just a 5-minute walk away. This will help you avoid parking tickets.
