"The location of this property was perfect to feel like you were right in the middle of all the action in Seaside. The porch is the real star of the place. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Property managers were so easy to communicate with - making for a smooth check-in/out process. "This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs. We had no issues with that but if someone does have...

"Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!"

"This condo was really nice for Spring Break. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, worked perfectly for us. The space is not huge, but it is comfortable and clean.
