"This was the worst hotel experience in a long time. The first room we were given was disgusting. The beds and pillows were covered in stains, and it looked like the beds had been made but the sheets were never actually changed. I called the front desk and was told I needed to come back to the lobby. They then gave us a second room, but the door was already open, which immediately made us very uncomfortable. When we looked inside, the room was clearly not cleaned at all. At that point, I went back to the lobby and requested a refund. The ladies working the front desk that night were nice and tried to help, but Jeff was extremely rude and unprofessional. By almost 11:00 PM, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel last minute. For $138 a night, this was completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a clean and decent place - unless you are okay sleeping in stained bedding with makeup still on the pillows and receiving terrible customer service."

"The desk clerks, the maintenance staff and manager were very kind. That’s the only positive review. The first room I went to had a dead bug under the pillow, the second room had dust inches thick and bugs crawling on the nightstand, the third room had a leak from the ac unit above and a puddle on the window sill, the fourth room the card key would not work, the fifth room was okay, sort of, after the manager sent the housekeeping up to “reclean” the room. The hotel is slowly undergoing much needed renovations. I would have went to another hotel, but I was stuck due to it being graduation weekend at the college. Again, the staff did their best to accommodate me, but the housekeeping staff needs retraining or to be let go!"
