"Dominic was a great host. Our for daughter's graduation and he directed us to some great restaurants in Old Town. Cien Agaves was perfect for a late lunch just before we headed to graduation convocation at ASU. Location was fantastic for graduation. Not nearly as crowded as area around the ASU campus with great dining and entertainment close to the hotel. Room and hotel looked as if they were recently remodeled. Everything was fresh, new and very clean. Overall a great place to stay in may heat with Old Town Scottsdale within walking distance. "

"I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, trails, and other attractions. It is approximately 16-20 mins from Sky Harbor airport and within minutes of Fashion Square mall. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is lively with impressive amenities such as gym, pool, cabana, bar/restaurant, complimentary bicycle rental, and valet service. I highly recommend reservations for the onsite restaurant Calla because it can get really busy. "

"This particular Check-in staff was poorly trained and not helpful at all. AC noisy with temperature and fan speed hard to regulate. Facility need updating. Had room changed and the AC is only minimally improved. Sleep quality severely impacted and would not stay here again. No complimentary water provided even though I am a Hyatt member. Overall not getting the quality expected from the rates charged for my 4-night stay."

"We arrived late on a Friday night for a 3 night stay. The front office staff member was super helpful and polite. As we entered the room we were very impressed with the amenities. The room comes with a full sized fridge, a microwave, dishwasher, and a wide array of utensils. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. There was a dirty shirt and socks left in the room. Also the carpets in our room (165) really need to be cleaned. As for the positives, the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The eggs and coffee were also really good. Lastly, housekeeping is supposed to come to your room every other day during your stay. During our 3 night stay we didn’t have any visits from housekeeping and we certainly could have used one. All in all for the price, this isnt a bad hotel for an extended stay, but dont have too high of expectations or you will be disappointed. "

"The hotel is in the middle of the entertainment district so if you don’t mind listening to loud base until 2am It’s a great hotel. Only my sweatshirt was also ran over with the luggage cart and though the hotel had it sent out for dry-cleaning, it was unable to be cleaned and nothing was offered in replacement for the item of clothing I lost."
