« Wonderful beach front getaway. It is super conveniently located on the first floor. You can just walk out to a great non crowded part of Destin’s gorgeous beach. It is comfortably furnished and has a nice renovated kitchen. Property manager was quick to respond. Easy check-in and out. We have been vacationing in Destin for over 20 years and this was our favorite condo by far. We will be back! »

« This unit and location was perfect for a relaxing get away.The condo is renovated, decorated very pretty, and clean. The sliding glass door to the patio had a perfect view of the beach offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while sitting on the porch. Our elderly mother, which uses a walker, was able to get around the unit perfectly and access the porch and walkway with ease. Everything was available in the kitchen to cook meals. If you do not want to cook there are several restaurants...

« Pros: Location and view were great. Pools were nice. Condo was clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Condo needs a little TLC. Vertical blinds kept falling off when trying to open or close. Shower rod was barely holding on to rod holders. Baseboards were rotting & rusty (just needs a fresh coat of paint). King size bed was very hard/firm. I didn't mind because I have a bad back, but my wife couldn't sleep on it the entire time we were there, she slept on one of the bunk...

« Host was very accommodating-good with response time.We were disappointed that the pool that was supposed to be heated was not and was told that it wouldn’t be until November when it was very clear that the weather wasn’t going to get better before then. Therefore we were able to enjoy the pool only the day before we left for our home. The location of the condo is excellent but could use some updating and need to replace a few basic things. Overall a decent stay but not great! »

Closeness to shopping and restaurants was also amazing. Could walk anywhere. Just a few more inside amenities offered to clients would have been appreciated. »
