Bright and clean studio 100 yards from sugar-white beaches. Located in Destin’s most incredible beach-side neighborhood. Not only is this walking distance to the beach, but top restaurants and premiere outdoor shopping, beachside biking/jogging paths, and a corner cafe with live music.

Crystal Beach Retreat is nestled In the quaint neighborhood filled with rainbow cottages, a private gated pool, and has laundry facilities. Whole Foods, Publix, and movies blocks away. Just right for small families, couples, as well as the business traveler or honeymooners. Natural, private pathways surround the Caribbean-style grounds.

Great place to stay

This was our first trip to Destin, Fl and we hit the jackpot for staying there. We were only a couple minute walk from the beach, right off the 5 mile walk/bike path and walking distance to everything we needed plus a lot more. It was a quiet beautiful little neighborhood. Pool was great and met others who were staying in the other cottages that were loving the area too. Totally recommend this area to stay

Cozy beach property

Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. Convenient to the grocery stores and shopping. Plenty of restaurants, sit down and take-out. So close to the beach, a short walk, to take in the sunsets and sunrises or to spend the day in the sand.

Excellent location, cozy cottage

We were very happy with the check in process, parking, location to beach access, and the pool & laundry room available for use. The cottage is very cozy and our family of four was fairly comfortable. The kitchen area is *very* small and it was rather difficult to cook family meals in the space, and the pots/pans were a nightmare to use but only because I don’t l know how to cook on stainless steel, I’ll admit that. Small negatives that didn’t impact our stay but should be noted: The fridge was missing the shelving on the door, one dryer was not drying and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of four staying for 5 days is wild. Positives: the decor is super cute, towels and bedding are very nice and not cheap quality, and the a/c works beautifully. We would definitely return and recommend this place. Host was responsive and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this unit.

It was pretty good.

We never could get the TV to work. Good thing there was a DVD player and we brought a couple of our toddler’s favorite dvd’s. Before you leave you have to strip your bed and bring all your towels and wash clothes down to the laundry room. It’s a pretty good walk to a beach which was barracuda beach. It was actually a private beach but after 5pm there’s no one there to enforce it. Other than that we drove to pompano Joe’s public access beach like 2.5 miles away. You’re RIGHT up your neighbors butts there so no privacy on the balcony at all and if the bathroom door and your shades are open and the neighbors blinds are open, they could see right into the shower. All in all, this room worked for us and served it’s purpose but for the price you could find a condo right on the beach.

Pretty rental for a weekend getaway. Cottage was very clean. Perfect location and was very peaceful. Walking distance to beach and coffee shop. Had a little hiccup with check-in communication but host was very apologetic. I would definitely stay here again. Loved Loved the location.

Beach vacation

I brought my two daughters here on vacation this past week and it was amazing. Christina replied quickly and it was just as posted. The beach is right around the corner and the pool was right there and convenient. Also, food and shopping was only two minutes away! Such a great place to stay and everything was clean as well.

Condo was very clean. Pool and laundry facilities were very close by. I was a little confused because I thought you could get to the beach directly from the property. Thank goodness we brought a wagon to get our stuff there.
