Parking was a crap shoot and the security guard during the week was amazing and really nice, the one i dealt with on Friday evening was rude and lied. The rest of the staff, front desk and everyone else was amazing. ** doors on balcony did NOT LOCK** ** The hot tub was nice but VIOLENT! Turn the jets down a little, the water was shooting out, as if we were in an Bering Sea on a crab boat and mother nature turned as you got pummeled back and forth by the water, or like you were at a bar and got slapped in the face, once from the right and then from the left... (of course i'm trying to make you laugh here, but jets do need to be turned down a little bit) Also elevator to 5th floor broke one day they did remedy the situation by the next day but you could only go up 4 flights by elevator on other side and still walk up 1 floor of stairs, which wasn't a big deal except my father is 89 and that was hard for him.

I had an almost perfect stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the beds felt like sleeping on a well-trained cloud, and the staff managed that rare balance of being both genuinely friendly and impressively competent (no small feat). The front desk sailor uniforms were not needed as they stood out with their exceptional service alone. That said, there’s one tiny thing keeping it from total legend status: the bar situation. Or rather, the lack of a proper one. There’s nowhere to casually sip something delightful while hanging out with your friends. A cozy, lively bar would elevate this place from “fantastic” to “I will never shut up about it.” Still, if your idea of a great stay involves comfort, style, and people who clearly know what they’re doing, this hotel absolutely delivers. Just plan your celebratory nightcap elsewhere.

The resort is beautiful and very spacious, with multiple pools and plenty of activities to enjoy. It’s a great place for families and for those looking to relax and have fun. However, one major downside is the WiFi - it does not work properly. If you’re planning to work remotely or rely on internet access, it will be very difficult.Although I didn’t use the pool due to the cold weather, I could see that many guests were enjoying it. There are activities and music starting early in the day, which creates a lively atmosphere, but be aware that the music is quite loud and can be heard clearly from the rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always responded quickly to my messages and made sure my stay was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. In terms of dining, the resort has only one main restaurant. The food is good, but options are limited. There is no dedicated breakfast restaurant, only a small bistro, which tends to have very long lines. The location is very convenient, as it is close to Universal Studios and offers a free shuttle service. There is also a pizza place on-site. While the food was okay, unfortunately, my daughter became sick after eating there and experienced vomiting for two days. The resort staff handled the situation professionally and kindly offered us a late checkout so she could recover more comfortably, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice resort with great amenities and excellent staff.
