It was one time experience, I do not think I ever go there again.

This property is passed its prime. Half of the building appears condemned, the grounds are unkept, and the interior maintenance is lacking. The room had the amenities as advertised and was clean and organized. The WiFi connection on the TV would not stay connected and did not work. This resort and the properties surrounding Lake Harmony appear to be struggling and on their way out. In the middle of July this resort (with a water park) was like a ghost town. If you want a clean room to stay in (and are ok with paint and drywall pealing and stained rugs), moderate staff, multiple indoor pools, and the place to yourself give it a try.

This place is totally run down. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. Most of the staff were friendly. Exception was the checkout person who did not even turn to me or lift her head when I asked about the checkout process.
