Description:  
Lake House in Saw Creek Estate Community-Located 1 and a half hours from NYC! Come get away and stay at our LAKE FRONT HOME! community amenities-Ski Lift Hill, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Lake Front Beach, Playgrounds, Basketball Courts, Racquetball Court, Fitness Center, Top of the World Restaurant. Bushkill Falls, Shawnee ski, TreeVenture Zip lining, Snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15-minute drive. Camelback ski/water park resort are only 35 minutes away.  
  
The space  
This beautiful Lake House property is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful outdoors and indoors activities. This Lake house has all the goodies. A/C, Washer dryer, 4 smart TV's, dishwasher, Keurig, complimentary Coffee and Tea, Outdoor firepit, Foosball, 2 Vintage style arcade games and SmarTV to connect any of your personal gaming devices (Wii/Xbox). Wet Bar with seating for four, BBQ grill, board games, the works. 1st level deck gives you access to our breathtaking private area of the Lake, which you will have access to our 2 kayaks for a wonderful experience.  
Parking for five cars Maximum.  
  
Note: As the house is on the lake, you will be required to climb down the stairs to get to the house. There are mix of stairs and slope leading to the fire pit. It comes with the terrain, I guess.  
  
Indoor fireplace is not available to use with the stay. We have a great firepit outdoor near the water.  
Bed linens are included - Additional towels or beach towels are available for the use of our private part of the Lake. The kitchen is stocked with many standard cooking items. Please ask us if you have a specific question with how the house is outfitted. The primary deck has a great view of the lake and property off the Kitchen where you can also BBQ all season. The deck is a great place to enjoy your morning brew as you gaze upon the wonderful view during your stay.  
  
Guest access  
You will have full access to the home and the Lake front property except for the 1st floor hall closet which is reserved for the cleaning company.  
About the Community  
Located in the gated Saw Creek Estates community, filled with amenities: picnic areas, walking trails for members boats, canoes, kayaks for rent, lake, and stream for fishing, 4 outdoor pools, tiki bar, 2 indoor pools and hot tubs, 'top of the world' restaurant, 8 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts, indoor racquetball court, outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, baseball field, basketball courts, fully equipped fitness center and free-weight room. You will have access to all amenities available within the community with badges. Saw Creek will have theme weekends and other fun family activities any weekend booked and during the week. Amenities availability is at the discretion of Saw Creek Association.  
Other things to note  
6 complimentary badges come with your booking. They will give you access to the amenities. Children under 5 years old do not need a badge.  
All guests need to be registered with the community. I will share a form that needs to be filled as part of the checking process.  
As the house is on the lake, you will be required to climb down the stairs to get to the house. There are mix of stairs and slope leading to the fire pit. It comes with the terrain, I guess.  
  
Ski Lift tickets are $35 dollars per person   
Ski and Snowboard rentals are $35 per day

Saw Creek Community rules.  
\- All guests must be registered at the office to be able to enter the main gate. You will need to provide a list with names, address and phone numbers 7 days prior the check in date.  
\- No loud or unreasonable sound after 10:30 PM.  
\- Respect the neighbors not playing loud music that can bother them.  
\- Fire Works are prohibited  
\- During your stay don’t leave garbage outside to prevent rodents and wild animals.  
\- All trashes must be dumped in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before you check out to avoid community fines. (Community map will be available for reference).  
\- Dogs must be added during booking with payment of pet fee  
\- Dogs should be in the crate if no one is in the house.  
\- Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the house. They are not allowed on the sofa, bed or any other furniture  
\- Please clean up after your dog or $200 clean up fee will apply.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just as described. Sam & Vik were super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. Other than taking some very creative photographs of the view around the property and the actual property, the house and area were represented accurately. My issue if that I saw no clear indication that there were 22 steps going down from the parking to the front door of the house. For an older couple like us this was a little much. Other than that the house was very clean and comfortable. The location was just as described with lots to do and many places to eat close by. The fact that it was in a gated community was a plus from a security standpoint. All in all a great place to visit.

Our stay at Sam & Vik’s was truly enjoyable. The booking process was effortless, and the hosts were quick to respond to all our questions. They also provided us with detailed descriptions and instructions, which made everything so easy. Upon arrival, we were amazed by their hospitality, the amenities in and around the house, and the stunning lake view. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, even things we forgot to pack. The decor and ambiance were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The basement was a highlight, equipped with board games, a foosball table, Pac-Man, poker-table; that kept us entertained throughout our stay. We were three couples, and the three bathrooms dedicated to each family made it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The linen closet was stocked with loads of bedding. We loved the place so much that we’re already planning another trip in the summer to take full advantage of the lake and enjoy kayaking. Lastly, we want to thank Sam & Vik for being such awesome hosts. We truly look forward to returning and making more memories!

Overall everything was very nice. Location is great for shopping and hikes to see beautiful waterfalls. House is spacious. The basement game room was fun with the Pac-Man and Asteroids games. Sitting on deck with coffee was relaxing looking at lake. My only suggestion is to get some new bath towels and maybe try fabric sofetner because some are stained and not soft at all. Otherwise, house was clean and we had a nice time!

#### Attentive owners. Decent property

Vik and Sam were very attentive owners. Helpful with feedback on property and restaurant suggestions. Lots of guidance inside the property as well. Lake location was great and nighttime fires the best part of our stay. Nice lower level play room if you have children. Property is in close proximity to Bushkill Falls. Just be aware like the owners mention there are a lot of steps. Great cardio!! I would give this rental 5 stars but need to knock off one for the following. Pictures of property are dated. Outside of house needs some TLC. Couldn’t enjoy the decks outside as there were cob webs everywhere and the Furniture needed a good cleaning. Towels provided may have been washed but were stained, so would be best to bring your own.

#### Wonderful Getaway

Sam & Vik have really thought of everything. They had all the supplies we needed for our stay from a stocked kitchen including kcups and tea bags, spices, oil, utensils, dishes, dishwasher pods, etc. There were board games and the basement had arcade games. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack and play, baby bath tub, and even a high chair that attached to a regular chair which we were able to use during our stay for our 3 month old. They even had extra towels, sheets, comforters, blankets, and pillows. The house was clean and they had extra cleaning supplies so we could keep it that way. Loved how detailed their instructions were for everything and they were very responsive to our messages during our stay. It was a bit annoying to have to checkin at the entrance gate each time our car returned to the development but we understand that’s for additional safety, which was also appreciated. The gym, pickleball courts, and swimming pool had daytime hours which prevented us from using the amenities at night, but perhaps summer hours are more extended. There were 2 kayaks in the backyard which we were able to use the final day of our stay once the weather was nicer! Overall, we had a relaxing and fun stay in this very spacious and clean home. It was well decorated and you can tell they built it with attention to detail and love in each corner!

#### Wonderful house

The pictures don’t do it justice! The house is beautiful, clean, cozy and beautiful decor. The host was a pleasure, very communicative, friendly and flexible. The community is amazing. It offers indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, playground, a little beach area and so much more. My kids and I had a great time making s’mores by the lake, playing board games and the basement was the cherry on top of the cake, with a “bar”, foosball table, poker table, TV and a beautiful porch facing the lake. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

The house was lovely, a great layout and in a great location. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room. Nice bedroom sizes. Loved the basement with the arcades and ability to do laundry. Would definitely stay again!

#### Great, Great Place!

This is our second summer in arrow staying here with our family of young children (which already says a lot). The owner is very helpful, generous and responds fast. The property is private and quiet. We especially enjoyed the 2 porches and arcades. Most of all we enjoyed the kayaking on the beautiful pond. We hope to come again!

#### Best waterfront property on this lake

We all (6) loved our stay on this little clear-water (clean) lake. The fire-pit and kayaks provide a perfect setting to the waterfront. We played for days on the lake in the deep middle part good for jumping off our paddleboards and swimming for hours. Kayaks fun for touring the lake. Comfortable beds and bedding, fun game room for the whole family, propane grill great for easy dinners. Thanks for a great stay.

#### Wonderful family getaway

Perfect location for our family get together ( 8 adults) . The house was super clean , kitchen well stocked and plenty of space to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views from either deck or down by the firepit. We enjoyed the many pools in the community, kayaking and spending time in the evening by the fire pit. Close to Bushkill falls and shopping in the area. Our hosts were wonderful and we would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful lake house to stay at .

Perfect house for my family (5 adults). Pictures and description are all accurate. We kayaked on the small lake, sat around the firepit every night. Cooked every meal at home in the very well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to comfortably watch tv or play games. Great hiking and biking nearby. Played basketball and pickleball at the community center. All the checkin/checkout instructions were very clear. Had a very lovely time and would definitely recommend.

#### Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect location for a ski weekend with my family. The basement has an Xbox, foos ball table, and old school Atari games that my children loved. There are bathrooms on every level and the 3 bedrooms are sized well. One of the rooms has a bunk bed (full and twin), one bedroom with 2 double beds, and one with a queen bed. The house was clean and the owners were super responsive. Fabulous trip! It looks like it would be a great site for the summer too as it is right on the lake.

Rapid responses from owners following queries. Great location near Delaware Water Gap and Bushkills Falls, with a pleasant lake and nice fire pit. Quiet. TVs has access to netflix, hulu, amazon prime, disney+; XBox One with racing and sports game; two upright retro-Atari arcade games (though one was broken); fussball table. Must bring your own drinking water, possibly your own pillows and firewood. Kitchen and dining room chairs are bar-stool height. Steep staircase from road down to front door -- if you have lots of luggage, being in shape helps. Looks like they're building a different staircase with a much more gradual slope (Oct 2021). Pleasant stay overall.
