Rooms were cleaned every day. Exceptional room for the price. The woman running the residence was constantly around for help with taxis and keeping up with room service. Everything on the property was super clean and it was a 5 minute drive from tres Trapi, palm beach, and only 15 to eagle. Would definitely stay here again.

For being a brand new resort i would have expected more. However my first reaction to the property…i wasn't amazed let me start with that. The room wasnt ready so we needed to wait, room was clean, cool, spacious.
Preferred club. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON PREFERRED. You dont get anything extra for it. The whole resort is open so people can go and swim where they want. The only thing you get is top shelf alcohol and a private bar. Besides those two i dont see how spending any extra few thousand on your vacation is worth it. Save the money and do excursions outside.
Overall the property was okay, there wasnt much to do all you have is a giant pool and a bar. How much can you really drink without hurting yourself. Staff was friendly on most occasions, pool was clean, food was decent. They try there best to switch it up. I recommend staying here for a few days then moving to another resort on the other-side of town. Thats the only way you’ll get the best out of your vacation.
