"I don't usually write reviews—not because I don't want to, but simply because I rarely have the time. We stay in many vacation rentals every year, so for me to write a review means the experience was truly exceptional.Tim was an outstanding host. From the moment we booked, he made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Before we arrived, he checked in to make sure our trip was going well and that we settled in comfortably. Every morning, he would send us a message asking how our day was going and whether there was anything we needed. That level of care and attention is something we rarely experience.The cabin itself was small, cozy, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Before our arrival, Tim sent us a detailed list of things to bring, so I honestly expected the cabin to be fairly basic. To our surprise, it was the complete opposite. The cabin was amazingly well stocked and had absolutely everything we could think of. Nothing was missing—from every type of kitchen utensil and cookware to thoughtful extras like spare toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was by far the best-equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in.The location was another huge advantage. The cabin is just steps from the beach, and Sauble Beach is a lively, vibrant vacation town with a fun atmosphere. It reminded us a lot of Hampton Beach.We've rented many cabins over the years, but none have been as fully equipped as this one, and Tim's outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Great location - couple minute walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to restaurants/downtown area. Pool was great. The only thing that I would recommend would be to upgrade the bedding - sheets, blankets, pillows were rough/cheap/plastic feeling."
The Beach Ranch Cottage at Sauble Beach!

"L’endroit est très bien situé à Sauble Beach, directement à la plage (sur Lakeshore) avec 3-4 places de stationnement. La maison est propre et bien équipée sauf pas de laveuse-sécheuse. Il n’y a plus de buanderie à proximité de la maison. L’endroit est un peu bruyant avec un bar qui ferme tard la fin de semaine. Nous avons bien dormi. Le point le plus négatif est qu’il n’y a pas de serviettes de douche, mains et draps dans les lits et ce n’était pas mentionné dans la description sur Expédia et VRBO. S’il y avait des serviettes/draps et laveuse-secheuse, elle serait parfaite!"

"Third visit this year and it never disappoints. The proximity to the beach, main strip and restaurants makes it worth the stay. Needless to say, the accommodation is 5 star always. Can't wait to see you again for the beach party in September ... I'm hoping !!!"

"My family had a wonderful time. This was our first time renting a cottage in Sauble and we lucked out with this one. The property was super clean and the decor is cute and fresh. The upkeep of the property is amazing. You can tell the owners take great pride in this rental. They even stocked the cottage with little things like lotion, conditioner, extra blankets, and kitchen necessetities that made our trip stress free. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone planning a getaway to the area. We will be back!"
