This is a great newly remodeled housen but it is onan older / less "kept" street having said that- we never felt unsafe at all and we had no issues. Never an issue with parking - there were always multiple spots available on the street right in front of the property. It was fine for three sisters, but I can’t imagine 7 people sharing the one full bathroom.
